We are always looking for new land opportunities to add to our Portfolio. We are looking for sites to build  all types of residential development.

Our main area of operation are Surrey, Middlesex and Berkshire.

We will consider any sites in these areas, with or without Planning Permission, from 1 to 20 units.

We will always recognise effective land introductions with 'finders fees' and wherever possible, re-instruct any agent on the sales of the new homes.
